Connect: To Mid-Century Modernism

OPPORTUNITY
As a *group, develop and design a magazine that explores graphic design in Mid-Century America.  
 
SOLUTION
The magazine focuses on providing a tangible way to draw connections from the impactful designers of the mid-century directly to the influence they have on our modern culture. We compared two pieces from each designer to a contemporary example from another design industry. Then, in addition to showcasing more pieces from each designer’s body of work, an infographic visibly communicates the influence they had on specific industries. The result is a magazine for designers interested in the reach of art history.
